Become a Chairholder of the Country Cottage Cafe

The Country Cottage Café has developed a completely original marketing concept that effectively markets your business every day to Café customers and also gives you great discounts on our delicious salads, soups, sandwiches and desserts.

When you become a Chairholder™ of the Country Cottage Café, your business purchases a durable, hard-wood chair from the Country Cottage Café. Then, a creative soul at your company (maybe you!) paints your chair anyway you like and we'll put it on display for customers to see and sit on while enjoying breakfast, lunch or tea. Using your company colors, you can design your chair with your business logo, tag line, photo's, mission statement, products and services.

The first Chairholder™ meeting was held at our original location in Chandler in 2006. We are pleased to carry on this new tradition to other East Valley businesses at our new location in Gilbert, Arizona.

 

The benefits of participation:

1.Only Chairholder™ have the privilege to display a chair along with their personal business cards at the Café.

2.All Chairholders™ receive 20% off meals and gift purchases for themselves (only) each time they visit the Café.

3.All Chairholders™ receive an invitation to attend a Chairholder™ special event party at least one time throughout the participating year.

4.All Chairholders™ have an opportunity to spotlight their business at least one time throughout the participating year at the Café.

5.Each Chairholder™ receives a listing on the Country Cottage website – www.countrycottageaz.com – with a photo of their painted chair and a brief description of the business products and services with a link to their own business website.

6.Each Chairholder™ receives a certificate of involvement for each participating year.

7.Each Chairholder™ is expected to use the Café for business meetings or personal gatherings whenever possible and to promote the Country Cottage Café to family friends and business associates.

8.Each Chairholder™ may reserve the Café for meetings or special events with no fee.

At the end of the each 12 months a renewal invoice will be sent for the amount of $250.00 to renew this contract for the next 12 months. If at that time the Chairholder™ decides not to renew, the chair must be removed or donated back to the Café.

Each Chairholder™ is responsible for the upkeep of his or her own chair and releases Country Cottage Café of any responsibility for loss or customer damage to the chair.

If for any reason the Chairholder's™ business is planning to close and go out of business, the chair may be removed from the Cottage at anytime with 30 days notice. No refunds will be given to any business when removing their chair from Country Cottage Café prior to the end of the 12- month period.

 

How do I become a Chairholder™?

Joining the Country Cottage Café Chairholders™ is simple

Fill out an application. As a general rule we accept one business chair per industry.

Purchase your chair. Chairs are made of solid, hard, unfinished wood and are very sturdy. The cost per chair is $350.00 for the first 12 months. The chair includes a business name plaque with black and white lettering for the back of the chair with business name, contact name and contact phone number. The chair has four metal leg posts for protection. As a Chairholder™, your business will receive local exposure, a website listing and invitations to exclusive Chairholder™ events.

Renewal fee per year from your anniversary date is $250.00.

 

Renewal fee incentives:

  • $25.00 credit for each Chairholder™ referral that becomes a Chairholder™
  • 15% discount second year renewal
  • 20% discount third year renewal

The Country Cottage supports the American Cancer Society and provides opportunities for our Chairholders™ to participate by involvement and personal donation in our events for this cause
